Shipping policies

During the COVID-19 pandemic

Women Thunder is still able to operate. However, due to our warehouse being located in Europe and in the US, some difficulty shipping may occur as some of our shipping partners experience quarantines and periodical shutdowns in their service.

We will ship with the most adequate carrier to assure a successful delivery but still guarantee the prices that were previously in place.

Please expect a slower delivery than normally expected.

We vow to you to keep you updated and to be transparent. For the time being, we cannot guarantee any shipping timing. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse it is in the hands of the carrier. We will track and trace and keep you updated on any updates.

Since we deliver to many countries, please consider that shipping times may vary from one country to another. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Usually, the shipping time would take between 6 - 11 business days for any product but due to the COVID-19, the shipping times for apparel are between 7 - 22 business days. We appreciate your patience and empathy.
